How to get started

    Set up your cleaning business

    Create an account and choose Cleaning Services. Add your business details, logo, and colors, then review your residential and commercial starter templates.

    Create your first proposal

    Choose New proposal. Add the client and service address, select the cleaning service, and enter your price. Review the included tasks, exclusions, deposit terms, and service details before saving.

    Preview it, then send

    Open the preview and check the proposal as your client will see it. Choose a paid plan when you’re ready to send. Email the proposal from ProposalPad or share its client link.

    Your client reviews and signs

    The client opens the link, reviews the checklist, quote, and agreement, completes the required acknowledgments, and signs. They do not need a ProposalPad account.

    Keep the signed record

    Check the proposal’s status in your workspace and find the signed PDF in your archive. Confirm payment and scheduling through your usual process; a signature does not collect a deposit or book the job automatically.
